Armed kidnappers have struck again in Plateau State, abducting a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member and a 300-level student of the University of Jos from their residence in the Dong community of Jos North Local Government Area. The incident occurred on Sunday night when the gunmen broke into the house through a window.
Details of the Abduction
– The NYSC member, who serves in Bauchi State, was preparing for her wedding before being abducted.
– The kidnappers demanded a N50 million ransom, instructing the family to have the money ready for the next call.
– Security agencies, including the military and police, responded to the incident but arrived after the victims had been taken.
