Qatar Shoots Down Iranian Aircraft, Intercepts Missiles And Drones

The Ministry of Defense of Qatar announced that the Qatar Emiri Air Force successfully shot down two SU24 aircraft coming from Iran, intercepted seven ballistic missiles, and downed five drones targeting the state. The threat was addressed immediately, with all missiles shot down before reaching their targets.

The Ministry emphasized that Qatar’s armed forces are equipped to safeguard the state’s sovereignty and respond to external threats. Citizens, residents, and visitors are urged to remain calm and follow official instructions.
