A close aide to the Senator, hinted this plan to lagoscityreporters.com, in a telephone chat that the Senator is still consulting with members of his constituency and any moment soon, would announce his formal defection to the APC
The close aide, also while hinting about the desire of the sensor to leave the PDP, also said the current situation in the PDP may not be unconnected with his decision to dump the party, on which platform he was elected as a Senator, representing Delta North
