The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has declared the incumbent governor of Adamawa state, Ahmadu Umoru Fintirin winner in the state guber election.
This comes after the state held a supplementary polls following series of set backs
Fintirin, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, polled a total of 430,861 votes to beat his closest rival, Aisha Binani of the All Progressive Congress, APC. who scored a total of 398,788 votes
