Nigeria’s Super Falcons Will engage the Black Queens of Ghana in a friendly as part of their final preparations for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The highly anticipated encounter between two of Africa’s women’s football powerhouses will take place in Morocco, where both teams are currently rounding off their pre-tournament training camps.
The Super Falcons are also scheduled to play Portugal in Lisbon on Monday, June 24, in what will be their second warm-up match ahead of the WAFCON finals. Justine Madugu’s side recently secured a 2-0 win over the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon at the Moshood Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta.
Following the Portugal game, the Nigerian delegation will depart Lisbon for Morocco on Tuesday, June 25, to finalize their preparations.
