A Mobil filling station near Airport Hotel, Ikeja, on Obafemi Awolowo Way, Lagos State, was, on Thursday, gutted by fire.

We understand that the incident occurred around 11 a.m. on Thursday during a busy period of Petroleum Motor Spirit (PMS) sales.

Security operatives have arrived at the scene to divert both humans and vehicles away from the axis.

The fire service operatives have also arrived at the scene.
