Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane has hailed Brighton’s performance in the 3-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday.
Julio Encisco, Deniz Undav, and Pervis Estupinan all scored for the Seagulls as they claimed a famous win at the Emirates.
The result all but kills Arsenal’s hopes of winning the title this season.
Keane, speaking on Sky Sports, said: “As bad as Arsenal were, we need to credit Brighton. They were outstanding, and they were up for that battle.
“Arsenal look like they’ve run out of steam mentally and physically. They look like they’ve come off a tough European game.
“They’ve given it a good go this season, but they’ve come up just short.”
