The Magistrate Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti, has denied the human rights activist, Dele Farotimi bail.

The Lagos based lawyer was arraigned over the legal battle between him and the founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Aare Afe Babalola.

In his ruling, the presiding magistrate, Abayomi Adeosun adjourned the application of bail to December 20 after the counsel to the police, Samson Osobu, proved that that the application for bail submitted by the defendant is incompetent and irregular.
