The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has explained the circumstances that resulted in the suing of Ibom Air’s passenger, Comfort Emmanson, over alleged unruly behaviour.
The spokesperson for the NCAA, Michael Achimugu, made this known in an interview with Daily Post, clarifying why Nigerian Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde, better known as KWAM1, was not charged in court, unlike Comfort Emmanson.
His clarification comes as Emmanson, on Monday, was charged to court and remanded in prison, a development that has attracted mixed reactions from Nigerians.
