It is never in doubt to every progressive Nigerian that the Labour Party, LP presidential candidate, HE Peter Obi won the February 25th election. INEC’s refusal to grant the LP forensic experts access to inspect the electoral materials as ordered by the Appeal Court lends credence to the indisputable facts that the mandate given to Obi-Datti by well-meaning Nigerians was stolen.
While Obi embarked on _’Thank You’_ tour to appreciate Obidients for the massive votes given to him and all other LP candidates who won seats in the National Assembly election, and further appealed that they should extend such massive support to LP candidates contesting for governorship and state assembly elections, Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the man whom Prof. Mahmood Yakubu declared President-elect, goes to some places seeking to legitimise what he stole from the people.
The president Nigerians voted for is the one who admonished the people to respect the sanctity of the Court premises when court processes commence. He is the one humbly appealing to Nigerians that it is the time to reconfigure their own BVAS meaning *”BASIC VALUES ACCEPTABLE TO SOCIETY”* . Sure, Nigerians didn’t elect the one alleged to have bribed INEC chairman with the sum of $200m to announce him a “President-elect”.
