173

According to Final Results of Sierra Leone’s 24 June 2023 Presidential Election announced by the Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL) on Tuesday, 27 June 2023:

Incumbent President Julius Maada Bio of ruling SLPP was re-elected with:
1,566,932 votes or 56% of the valid votes cast.

Dr Samura Kamara of main opposition APC came second with 1,148,262 or 41.16% of the votes cast.

Eleven other candidates received combined vote of less than 3%.

A candidate required 55% of valid votes to win the first round, otherwise, the two frontrunners go into run-off vote, which is unnecessary in this case going by the ECSL announcement.
