Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded a new case of 341 Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in Nigeria.
NCDC gave the update in its daily record on Friday, March 6.
As presented, Lagos was seen with the highest number of infected cases, which is, 101, Rivers State followed suit with a record of 54, and then Anambra, which has 31 infected number of people.
Ebonyi and Imo accounted for 23, Kwara 22, Kano 20, Taraba 17, Akwa Ibom 16, and FCT 15.
Others include; Abia and Kaduna 13, Osun 5, Edo and Oyo 4, Kebbi and Ogun 3, Ekiti 2, Nasarawa and Zamfara 1.
NCDC through this record showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 158,042 confirmed cases.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 131,699.
“204 community recoveries in Kwara State, 167 in Lagos State, 88 in Edo State and 60 in Osun State managed in line with guidelines,” NCDC said.
Stating the death record, 3 persons were said to have lost their lives from the COVID-19 complications.
