Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has taken over the medical care of a 13-year-old boy, Adebola Akin-Bright, whose small intestine allegedly went missing after treatment at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and a private hospital.
Sanwo-Olu made the promise on Sunday, September 3, 2023, when he paid an unscheduled visit to Adebola and his mother, Mrs. Deborah Abiodun at the Pediatric Ward of LASUTH.
It would be recalled that the boy’s mother had in a video appealed to the Governor to probe the mysterious disappearance of her son’s intestine.
Responding, Adebola’s mother expressed her appreciation to Sanwo-Olu for the visit and for taking up the medical care of her son.
