Reports to: HMO Service Delivery Manager
Salary: #50,000 Net Salary

Summary of responsibilities and personal duties:

To undertake such other relevant duties as may from time to time be required.
To assist the HMO Manager with the management of the HMO function and to represent the HMO Manager, as required.
To work with the HMO Manager in the development and implementation of appropriate policy, procedures or operational processes.
To work with the HMO Manager to manage the activities of all staff allocated to the service.
Assisting with documentations, filings and card information processing.
Making sure that every staff information is filled properly.
Making arrangements for card deliveries.
Assigning appropriate hospitals to staff using their locations.

Requirements
Female graduate is preferred, not more than 24 years
1-2 years of administrative/customer service experience
Should be very detail oriented, smart and organised. Should know how to work with excel or Google sheet.
Customer service skills
Effective communication skills
