Kogi State Governor has denied reports of an assassination attempt on his life on Sunday.
In the clarification, the governor said the reports about an assassination attempt on him on Sunday evening while travelling from Lokoja to Abuja were not true.
Bello explained that a misunderstanding happened between some members of his convoy and the military.
According to him, it was not an attempt on his life, and he has already arrived safely in Abuja.
