Adamawa Governor Appoints 103 Assistants

279

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed 103 assistants in three different categories.

The new appointees came barely a few hours after the governor inaugurated 30 special advisers appointed earlier in the week.

We learnt that the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou, in a statement released on Friday, disclosed that the latest appointees include 37 principal special assistants, 45 senior special assistants and 21 special assistants.

Wonosikou said the fresh appointments, like the ones made earlier, align with Governor Fintiri’s vision to strengthen government machinery and make it more people-oriented and effective.

Those appointed as principal special assistants include Leader Leneke, a lawyer who took on roles outside his training in Fintiri’s first term as governor.
